Brigitta (Brig) Pari, a Vice President of Cresa Washington DC, provides real estate advisory services and guidance for clients to resolve their long-term space and transactional requirements.

Professional Experience

An attorney by training, Ms. Pari brings over 20 years of advisory and negotiating experience to the table. She spent her early years as a specialist in real estate and tax law with major law firms in Washington, DC, and then continued on to a distinguished career of government and legislative service.

As Tax Counsel to the United States Senate Committee on Finance for many years, Ms. Pari served as a senior advisor on tax issues relating to international tax, the R and D tax credit, energy, environment, excise and other areas. In that capacity, Ms. Pari was a frequent speaker at various tax conferences and helped shape policy on key aspects of the tax code.

Personal Interests

Brig is an avid golfer and is on the Virginia State Golf Association's Rating Team.  She also serves as a substitute teacher in Arlington County Public Schools.  She created and runs the Sports, Math and Scientific Hypothesis Contest (SMASH), a county-wide initiative to encourage children's interest in math and science.
