Market

Our Boston office tracks local real estate market statistics in seven primary geographic submarkets—downtown Boston, Cambridge, Route 128 North, Route 128 South, Mass Pike/ Route128 West, Route 495 North, and Route 495 Central/Metrowest—with expert advisors in each submarket. While market conditions are changing, we expect that it will remain a tenant's market for the rest of this year. Companies that plan ahead still have an opportunity to lock into favorable terms, whether they are relocating or renewing and restructuring their leases.
